Car Diagnostics on your Cell Phone.
AutoMobile is a Java software for mobile devices (cell phones, PDAs and smartphones) that allows you to access diagnostic information from your car. It connects to the vehicle's OBD (On-Board Diagnostic) system using Bluetooth wireless communication. Trouble codes, graphs and data from sensors are displayed on the mobile phone screen.
To use AutoMobile software, you need:
  • Bluetooth OBD2 scan tool. (AutoMobile works with OBDKey and all ELM327 interfaces).
  • Cell phone that has Java and Bluetooth connectivity.

AutoMobile connects to an OBD scan tool and reads the Diagnostic Trouble Codes in 20 seconds from the time you open it on your cell phone, all with a 'click' of a button. In addition, it offers the following features: codes descriptions, codes look-up, clear codes, live data graphs, playback of stored data (up to 7 minutes for a single sensor).
